Our energetic staff can organize memorable birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings, private parties, meetings, reunions, receptions, anniversaries, and more in our beautiful Playa del Carmen restaurant.

Live music and live performances are available for your party if you desire. Special Events and Celebrations

The restaurant's dedicated special events coordinator can assist you with planning an event in Playa del Carmen. She can help with everything from arranging for a salsa lessons for a lively reception or coordinating a special menu specific for the occasion.

Our services can include arranging for: flowers, live music, salsa lessons, DJ, cakes, custom dinner menus, receptions, mariachis, and more. Please contact the Yaxche special events coordinator to begin making your plans.

Event Facilities

The restaurant can seat 220 guests, including 90 to 100 in the garden. We can reserve the whole restaurant for a group. If there are more than 90 guests, we offer exclusive use of the garden, with no extra charge. If the group is smaller, the facilities rental fee depends on the menu chosen, and the season (high or low). The main dining room is air conditioned.

There is a minimum number of guests (or a higher fee) necessary to have exclusive use of the garden.
